产品介绍
Protonex™ Green染料展现出独特的pH依赖性荧光特性：与常规荧光染料在碱性环境中荧光增强的特性相反，该染料在酸性条件下荧光显著增强，其荧光强度随pH值从中性降低至酸性范围而大幅提升。
该染料为监测内体、溶酶体等酸性细胞区室及其他生物靶标提供了强有力的工具。Protonex™ Green 500 WS型无法穿透活细胞膜，可特异性检测细胞外酸性生物靶标。该染料的光谱特性与FITC相似，可直接使用常规FITC滤光片进行检测
