产品简介:此免疫组化试剂盒采用 SABC 放大系统，DAB 显色。SABC 是专为免疫组化和其他免疫检测而设计的，用 以显示组织和细胞中抗原分布，链霉亲和素是一种从链霉菌中提取的蛋白质，分子量 47000，同亲和素一 样，对生物素分子有极高的亲和力，是一般抗原抗体亲和力的一百万倍，亲和素是一个碱性蛋白质(IP=10)， 经改造后可以转变成中性蛋白质，链霉亲和素等电点接近中性，IP=6.0~6.5，对组织和细胞的非特异吸附 很低，基于链霉亲和素的免疫组化方法背景很低，SABC即StreptAvidin—Biotin Complex，根据研究SABC 大约可形成一百个左右的过氧化物酶和五十个左右的链霉亲和素所构成的复合物，大量的酶将保证 SABC 具 有很高的敏感性，SABC 兼具高敏感性，低背景和操作简便的优点。
