描述:Cyclo(RADfK) is a selective α(v)β(3) integrin ligand that has been extensively used for research, therapy, and diagnosis of neoangiogenesis.Cyclo(RADfK) is a negative control for the cyclo (-RGDfK-), the RGD peptide. RGD peptides are modulators of cell adhesion and are recognized by several members of the integrin family.

原生质环流 protoplasmic cyclosis，cyclo-sis 为质生质流动的一种类型。
。1.1.1对硝基酚酯法：对硝基酚酯法合成环肽的通式如Scheme 1Cyclo（b-Ala-Phe-Pro）的合成中应用了对硝基酚酯法。Boc-b-Ala-Phe-Pro-OH在乙酸乙酯中与1.5摩尔量对硝基酚混合，DCC为缩合剂，得到Boc-b-Ala-Phe-Pro-ONp，经TFA脱去Boc，以0.1M NaHCO3和0.1M Na2CO3为碱，二氧六环为溶剂，室温反应，得到收率为32% 的环三肽。对硝基酚酯法的优点在于对硝基酚价廉易得，缺点是过量的对硝基酚不易完全除去，产物不易纯化，颜色发黄
