描述:N4-Benzoyl-2′-deoxycytidine is a synthetic nucleoside analog of the natural nucleoside deoxycytidine (dC), a competitive inhibitor of DNA polymerase. In vitro studies have shown that it inhibits replication in viruses, bacteria and eukaryotic cells. It has also been shown to inhibit tumor cell growth in animal models.
