描述:PKR-IN-C16 is a specific protein kinase (PKR) inhibitor. PKR-IN-C16 is able to inhibit the autophosphorylation of PKR and unlock the translation blockade induced by PKR in primary neuronal cultures.PKR-IN-C16 binds the ATP-binding site of PKR and blocks autophosphorylation with an IC50 value of 186-210 nM. PKR-IN-C16 protects human neuroblastoma cells against cell damage triggered by tunicamycin-mediated endoplasmic reticulum stress.

反射可引出。 串联质谱新生儿遗传代谢病筛查发现：游离肉碱（C0）显着降低， 2.95 umol/L,（参考范围：9.5~40 umol/L）；C0/（C16+C18）=1.18（参考范围：5~36）。复查 C0 =2.83 umol/L ,C16 = 0.1 umol/L,C18 =0.08 umol/L, C18:1 =0.07 umol/L, 均显着降低。考虑原发肉碱缺乏症可能性大。基因突变分析显示该宝宝 SLC22A5 基因存在 c.288del G 和 c.1400 C>G 复合杂合
