    　　 C21 H28 O5 ，又称 172， 21-二羟 -1-娠烯 -3， 11， 20-三酮或化合物 E（ compoundE）。 从肾上腺皮质中提取出来的具有促进糖代谢作用的肾上腺皮质激素之一。是皮质醇经 11-β -羟类固醇脱氢酶的作用生成。可作为风湿性关节炎及其他炎症的抗炎症药物。也可作为抗过敏药物使用。
