IL-5受体拮抗剂（对外周人嗜酸性粒细胞和嗜酸性HL-60克隆15细胞的IC50s分别为1和0.57µM）；抑制IL-5诱导的嗜酸性粒细胞存活率（IC50=0.45µM）和体外JAK2磷酸化；抑制大鼠BALF中的嗜酸性粒细胞和淋巴细胞浸润（ED50s分别为0.32和0.12mg/kg）以及小鼠BALF中的嗜酸性粒细胞浸润（ED50=0.05mg/kg）。An IL-5 receptor antagonist (IC50s = 1 and 0.57 µM for peripheral human eosinophils and eosinophilic HL-60 clone 15 cells, respectively; inhibits IL-5-induced eosinophil survival (IC50 = 0.45 µM) and JAK2 phosphorylation in vitro; inhibits eosinophil and lymphocyte infiltration (ED50s = 0.32 and 0.12 mg/kg, respectively) into the BALF of rats and eosinophil infiltration (ED50 = 0.05 mg/kg) into the BALF of mice.
