    人 S100A9(也称 MRP-14、Calgranulin-B 和 p14)是 efm-hand 钙结合
    蛋白 S100 家族的 14kda 成员。它有 114 个氨基酸(aa)长度和包含短的序
    列模块。有一个 n 端螺旋区，接着是一个钙结合的 EF-hand 区，另外两
    个螺旋区，第二个 EF-hand 区和三个附加螺旋区。S100A9 将与 S100A9
    非共价异二聚。在钙存在的情况下，这种异源二聚体将形成异源四聚体。
    在急性和慢性炎症中，S100A9 在粒细胞、单核细胞和巨噬细胞中表达。
    人类 S100A9 与大鼠 S100A9 的认同感分别为 62%和 57%。
