    前蛋白转化酶枯草溶菌素 9（PCSK9）,也称为 NARC1 它是一种新
    近鉴定的人类分泌性枯草酶，属于分泌性枯草酶家族的蛋白酶 K 亚家族。
    PCSK9 蛋白是一种酶，在人类中由 PCSK9 基因编码，其同源性在许多
    物种中都有发现。它在神经上皮瘤、结肠癌、肝和胰腺细胞系以及雪旺
    细胞中均有表达。PCSK9 蛋白在肝脏高表达并调控低密度脂蛋白受体
    (LDLR)蛋白水平。目前正在研究抑制 PCSK9 蛋白功能作为降低胆固醇
    水平的手段。因此，PCSK9 蛋白被认为是治疗高胆固醇血症的新策略。
    PCSK9 蛋白有助于胆固醇稳态，并可能在皮质神经元的分化中发挥作用。
