Product Description: The antigen-specific affinity purified anti-phospho-Tyrosine antibody was covalently linked to Agarose matrix. This product is an excellent affinity-matrix for specific isolation and purification of the proteins or peptide with phosphor-Tyrosine residues.This product is superior because the antibody immobilized has high affinity for phosphotyrosine and the matrix has the high capacity of the phosphotyrosine binding.
Formulation: 0.4 mL in 1 mL PBS with 50% Glycerol.
Storage & Stability: Store product at –20 ℃. Three years from date of shipping.
