Species: Goat
Formulation: 1 mg/mL in PBS and 50% Glycerol.
Storage & Stability: Store product at –20 ℃. Three years from date of shipping.
Immunogen: Affinity purified rabbit immunoglobulins.
Purification: Affinity purified with rabbit immunoglobulins on agarose followed by adsorption with human gama globulins and HSA.
Specificity: Rabbit IgG, IgM. Not tested for IgA, IgE. It does not cross-react with human and mouse Ig’s.
Conjugation: Reductive amination with 2/1 molar ratio of HRP/goat anti-rabbit.
Application(s): ELISA (1:10000), western blot (1: 20000).
Scientific Description: IgG is a monomeric immunoglobulin. It is built of two heavy chains γ and two light chains. Each IgG has two antigen binding sites that bind with many pathogens including viruses, bacteria and fungi. It also assists in phagocytosis and neutralization of bacterial toxins.
