1. 使用前将所有的试剂和标本缓慢均衡至室温(18-25oC)，试剂不能直接在37oC溶解。
2. 标准品(冻干品)：每瓶标准品加入标准品稀释液1mL，盖好后室温静置大约10分钟，同时反复颠倒/搓动以助溶解，其浓度为2000pg/mL。准备7个稀释标准品的EP管，每个EP管中加入150μL的标准品稀释液，如图所示依次倍比稀释成不同的梯度， 标准品稀释液(0pg/mL)直接作为空白孔。为保证实验结果有效性，每次实验请使用新的标准品溶液。
3. 浓洗涤液：用580mL蒸馏水或去离子水将20mL浓洗涤液稀释至600mL，进行30倍稀释。

为什么实验过程中孵育、洗涤需要振荡、如何振荡。
振荡孵育使反应更充分，振荡洗涤使背景更干净。建议使用酶标专用96孔微孔板振荡器。
孵育过程振荡，可以加快、加强抗原抗体分子间的相互碰撞接触，使得反应过程更加完全，OD值通常会比未振荡孵育的结果要高；洗涤过程振荡，可以使洗板更干净，在很大程度上能降低背景值，同时可以提高试剂盒检测的灵敏度，具体操作请参见说明书。
