1. 收货后如有短缺、破损,请于当日反馈;试剂类产品质量问题,请在 30 天内反馈,逾期不予受

状态不好,调养两三天没有改善的;若发现细胞有污染,复苏细胞应当在签收货物日起的 7 天内,
可重新补发一株,冻存细胞请在收货后 10 天内反馈。
3. 本公司认为细胞购买者或使用者均具有基本的科研能力和细胞培养经验,售后时间为一周(冻存
管细胞售后为 10 天),仅限于细胞本身的质量问题,签收的细胞状态正常,后续因甲方培养体
系或个人操作导致的细胞状态问题不在免费售后范畴。
4. 逾期 15 天内重发细胞仅收取耗材费和运费;30 天内重发收取半价;超过一个月重发全额收费。
5. 细胞鉴定异常,60 天内反馈细胞鉴定不对,核实后,可免费退换货。
