致癌助催剂（promoter）。系从大戟科（Euphorbiaceae）植物巴豆（Croton tiglium）种子搾取获得的巴豆油中所含的促致癌活性成分。也称为TPA（12-0-四癸酰基佛博尔13-乙酸）或PMA（佛博尔豆蔻乙酸）。
