实验操作步骤：
是用于测定细胞增殖或毒性实验中活细胞数目的一种高灵敏度，无放射性的比色检测法。CCK法应用非常广泛，如药物筛选、细胞增殖测定、细胞毒性测定、肿瘤药敏试验以及生物因子的活性检测等。下面以engreen的CCK8试剂盒为例，简要说明细胞增殖-毒性检测的操作步骤
方法/步骤
在96孔板中配制100μl的细胞悬液。将培养板在培养箱预培养 24 小时 (在 37℃，5% CO2 的条件下)。
向培养板加入 10μl 不同浓度的待测物质。
将培养板在培养箱孵育一段适当的时间 (例如: 6,12, 24 或 48 小时)。
向每孔加入 10μl CCK8 溶液（engreen） (注意不要在孔中生成气泡，它们会影响 OD 值的读数)。
5. 将培养板在培养箱内孵育 1-4 小时。
用酶标仪测定在 450 nm 处的吸光度。
如果暂时不测定OD值，打算以后测定的话，可以向每孔中加10μl0.1 M HCl溶液或者1%wSDS 溶液，并遮盖培养板避光保存在室温条件下。在24小时内吸光度不会发生变化 。

（一）免疫器官
蛋白质热能营养不良明显影响胸腺及外周淋巴器官的正常结构。且这种损伤是不可逆的，一旦受损其结构和功能恢复极为缓慢。
（二）细胞免疫
蛋白质营养不良时主要影响T淋巴细胞的数量和功能，医学教|育网搜集整理外周血中T淋巴细胞总数显著减少，对抗原诱导的增殖反应降低。

蛋白质营养不良时，上皮及粘膜组织分泌液中SIgA显著减少，溶菌酶水平下降，使其组织抵抗力降低，甚至可导致感染扩散。
