产品活性：Scopolin 是一种从鼠耳芥 (Arabidopsis) 根中分离出来的香豆素。Scopolin 通过激活SIRT1 介导的信号级联反应减轻了肝脂肪变性。

In Vitro: Scopolin (100 μM, 24 h) inhibits oleic acid-induced lipid accumulation by increasing SIRT1 activity in HepG2 cells.
Scopolin(10 μM, 5 days) inhibits RANKL induced differentiation of preosteoclastic RAW 264.7 cells into osteoclasts.
In Vivo: Scopolin (0.02% (w/w) in HFD diet, 8 weeks) decreases the body weight gain, and alleviates hepatic steatosis in HFD-fed mice.
Scopolin (2 μmol, icv) increases the extracellular acetylcholine concentration in rat brain to about 300% compared to basal release.
Scopolin (50, 100 mg/kg, i.p.) inhibits adjuvant-induced arthritis by inhibiting inflammation and angiogenesis in rats.
