实验前要准备相应试剂
1、提前将所有试剂平衡到室温环境，这个过程大致需半小时左右。
2、洗液是浓缩液，如有结晶析出，需完全溶解后再进行稀释。
3、A、B 两管显色底物在使用前15分钟按 1:1 配成混合液。
4、为保证蛋白标准品溶液配制质量，蛋白标准品为冻干粉，重溶前需将管子离心，加入说明书指定的缓冲液，
慢速在摇床上摇匀或颠倒混匀，至少15分钟，不建议用枪头吹打。
5、溶解后如需保存，按每次使用量分装后根据说明书要求的温度保存。
6、梯度稀释蛋白标准品时，建议用聚丙烯管（对蛋白吸附力很低），每步都要充分混匀且更换新枪头，确保梯度准确性。
