产品说明：
本制品是一款采用抗体修饰技术的重组Taq DNA 聚合酶，适用于Hot Start PCR。常温下，Taq DNA聚合酶的活性被抗体封闭，从而抑制常温条件下由引物的非特异退火或引物二聚体引起的非特异扩增。当扩增反应体系被加热到95℃热激2 min时，聚合酶活性因Taq酶抗体变性得到恢复，因此无需特殊失活处理，在常规PCR反应条件下即可使用。
