    ZBP1是一种干扰素诱导蛋白,与细胞质DNA结合,在宿主防御肿瘤和病原体中发挥作用。ZBP1在淋巴结,白细胞,扁桃体,骨髓和脾脏等淋巴组织中高度表达。ZBP1是甲型流感病毒(IAV)的先天免疫传感器,它在IAV感染期间调节NLRP3(核苷酸和寡聚化结构域,富含亮氨酸重复序列的蛋白质家族,含有pyrin结构域3)炎性小体激活以及诱导不同类型的细胞死亡(细胞凋亡,坏死和焦亡)。

    右图是使用该抗体对L929细胞中的小鼠ZBP1进行蛋白质印迹分析。提取未刺激的L929细胞的细胞裂解液(泳道1),用3μg/ml的poly(dA.dT) poly(dT.dA)刺激24小时(泳道2),在还原条件下通过SDS-PAGE,转膜到硝酸纤维素膜上,使用ZBP1 抗体孵育1小时后,显影成像结果。
