microRNA（miRNA）纯化试剂盒系列能够制备高纯度的microRNA片段，这些片段结合在人或者小鼠的Argonaute（Ago）蛋白上，通过基于高亲和力单抗的免疫沉淀法即可获得。纯化的miRNA片段含有非常少的rRNA和tRNA降解片段。与传统的miRNA纯化方法相比，有效提高了microRNA的克隆效率。纯化的miRNA可用于分析miRNA的靶mRNA。
