产品活性：Gibberellic Acid 由真菌 Gibberella fujikuroi 命名而来。Gibberellic Acid 调节植物发育和生长的过程，包括种子发育和发芽，茎和根的生长，细胞分裂和开花时间。Gibberellic Acid 还提高植物应对多种环境胁迫带来的生长压力，如冷胁迫、干旱胁迫、重金属胁迫等等。Gibberellic Acid 还会引起大鼠内环境的脂质过氧化增加和抗氧化防御系统波动。

In Vitro: Gibberellic acid rescues chickpea seedlings from cold stress. Gibberellic acid (10-20 μM) increases final emergence probability (FEP), helping seeds maintain higher relative water content and lower electrolyte leakage.
Gibberellic acid (0.025 μM) treatment of Echinacea purpurea L. hairy roots increased PAL activity, cell viability, and free radical scavenging activity in hairy root cultures. Gibberellic acid optimizes the production of secondary metabolites in Echinacea purpurea L. hairy root cultures and is beneficial to the growth of hairy roots.
In Vivo: Rats were exposed to 75 ppm ABA and GA3 ad libitum for 25 days as drinking water, the PGRs intake amount of each rat was about 2.2 mg/day.
Gibberellic acid (2.2 mg/rats/day; po) can promote the content of lipid peroxidin and change the antioxidant system in various tissues of rats.
