本试剂盒可测高速冷冻离心后的红细胞膜、组织细胞膜、线粒体、微粒体等样本中的ATP酶活力。ATP酶可分解ATP生成ADP及无机磷，测定无机磷的量可判断ATP酶活力的高低。ATP酶存在于组织细胞膜及细胞器膜上，是生物膜上的一种蛋白酶，它在物质运送、能量转换以及信息传递方面具有重要的作用。
产品优点如下：
1、快速简便：全程约50分钟，可测100例左右样本。
2、取样量微：本法取手指或耳垂等末梢血20l～50l即可测红细胞膜中的ATP酶，只需5mg左右组织就可测组织匀浆中的ATP酶、0.2g组织可测线粒体及微粒体中的ATP酶。
3、稳定性好：试剂盒2～8℃存放6个月有效。
4、再现性好：变异系数CV=1.7%。
5、回收试验： X =103.3%。

注意事项：
1. 本试剂盒的检测试剂中含有萤光素酶，反复冻融会导致其逐渐失活。尽管经测试本试剂反复冻融5次对于其检测效果无显著影响，为取得良好的使用效果，*次解冻后可适当分装保存。反复冻融过程中，可能会导致检测试剂中出现少量沉淀，此时宜平衡至室温，并尽量溶解。如仍有残留的不溶物，可以离心去除后使用，经测试不会影响后续的检测效果。
2. 检测时需使用白色或黑色的96孔板或384孔板。如果使用普通透明的96孔板或384孔板，相邻孔之间会产生相互干扰。
3. 使用说明中提供了检测ATP标准品的方法，实际检测细胞活力时通常并不需要检测ATP标准品。
