检测指标：ATP酶
可测不需要高速离心的红细胞膜以及不需要高速离心的组织匀浆中的ATP酶活力。ATP酶可分解ATP生成ADP及无机磷，测定无机磷的量可判断ATP酶活力的高低。ATP酶存在于组织细胞膜及细胞器膜上，是生物膜上的一种蛋白酶，它在物质运送、能量转换以及信息传递方面具有重要的作用。
产品优点如下：
1、快速简便：全程约50分钟，可测100例左右样本。
2、取样量微：本法取手指或耳垂等末梢血20l～50l即可测红细胞膜中的ATP酶，只需5mg左右组织就可测组织匀浆中的ATP酶、0.2g组织可测线粒体及微粒体中的ATP酶。
3、稳定性好：试剂盒2～8℃存放6个月有效。
4、再现性好：变异系数CV=1.7%。
5、回收试验： X =103.3%。
6、受外界影响因素小：干扰因素少，重复性强。
7、测试面广：可测不需要高速离心的红细胞膜以及不需要高速离心的组织匀浆中的ATPase。
ATP酶测试盒(测普通组织匀浆的 Na+K+、Ca2+Mg2+－ATP酶，样本前处理不需高速离心) 使用注意事项
1． 微量试剂取用前请离心集液。
2． Annexin V-EGFP，Propidium Iodide（PI）避光保存及使用。
3． Propidium Iodide （PI）有毒，操作时请戴手套。
4． 本试剂盒适用于检测活细胞，流式细胞仪检测时，细胞数量不应低于1×105，，不推荐用于检测组织样本。
5． 推荐使用悬浮培养细胞。如果是贴壁细胞，需用不含EDTA的胰酶消化，如消化不当，可能引起假阳性，而用细胞刮子会造成细胞粘连成团，而影响检测。可将胰酶消化后细胞的保存在含2%BSA的PBS中，防止进一步的损伤。
6． 细胞固定后可能导致荧光的淬灭，请不要固定样品。
7． 因检测细胞的类型、凋亡诱导剂种类、使用的检测仪器不同，因而流式检测的荧光补偿也不同，因此建议每次检测均需使用未经凋亡诱导处理的细胞作为对照，进行荧光补偿的调节。

可测不需要高速离心的红细胞膜以及不需要高速离心的组织匀浆中的ATP酶活力。ATP酶可分解ATP生成ADP及无机磷，测定无机磷的量可判断ATP酶活力的高低。ATP酶存在于组织细胞膜及细胞器膜上，是生物膜上的一种蛋白酶，它在物质运送、能量转换以及信息传递方面具有重要的作用。

1． 微量试剂取用前请离心集液。
2． Annexin V-EGFP，Propidium Iodide（PI）避光保存及使用。
3． Propidium Iodide （PI）有毒，操作时请戴手套。
4． 本试剂盒适用于检测活细胞，流式细胞仪检测时，细胞数量不应低于1×105，，不推荐用于检测组织样本。
5． 推荐使用悬浮培养细胞。如果是贴壁细胞，需用不含EDTA的胰酶消化，如消化不当，可能引起假阳性，而用细胞刮子会造成细胞粘连成团，而影响检测。可将胰酶消化后细胞的保存在含2%BSA的PBS中，防止进一步的损伤。
6． 细胞固定后可能导致荧光的淬灭，请不要固定样品。
7． 因检测细胞的类型、凋亡诱导剂种类、使用的检测仪器不同，因而流式检测的荧光补偿也不同，因此建议每次检测均需使用未经凋亡诱导处理的细胞作为对照，进行荧光补偿的调节。

钠-钾ATP酶 Na 、K stimulated ATPase
存在于细胞膜中，是对钠和钾两种离子能进行交换的主动运输的酶。1957年由 J． C． Skou所发现。除猫、狗等的红细胞膜等少数例外，在动物细膜中都存在。细菌中虽也有报道，但实例很少，至于在植物是否存在，尚未确定。除 Mg 外，只在 Na 、 K 同时存在时才具有活性，在分解 ATP同时，酶分子发生变构（构象变化），使所结合的 Na 和 K 分别从细胞膜内转移到细胞膜外，或从细胞膜外转移到细胞膜内。
