本试剂盒可测动物全血、红细胞中G-6-PD的活力。葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶测定是研究葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶缺乏症的主要方法，当其测定结果低于正常时，常作为数葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶缺乏症的研究依据。通过葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶的测定，对于研究药物试验引起的溶血性贫血具有极高的科研价值。
正常血红蛋白是亚铁血红蛋白，可被氧化成为高铁血红蛋白，当红细胞内G-6-PD含量正常时，通过戊糖代谢旁路形成的NADPH可作为血液中高铁血红 蛋白还原酶的辅酶，并在递氢体的参与下，高铁血红蛋白还原为亚铁血红蛋白。当红细胞内缺少G-6-PD时，高铁血红蛋白不能被还原，通过测定高铁血红蛋白 的吸光度，可算出G-6-PD的活力高低。

注意事项：
1. 本试剂盒的检测试剂中含有萤光素酶，反复冻融会导致其逐渐失活。尽管经测试本试剂反复冻融5次对于其检测效果无显著影响，为取得良好的使用效果，*次解冻后可适当分装保存。反复冻融过程中，可能会导致检测试剂中出现少量沉淀，此时宜平衡至室温，并尽量溶解。如仍有残留的不溶物，可以离心去除后使用，经测试不会影响后续的检测效果。
2. 检测时需使用白色或黑色的96孔板或384孔板。如果使用普通透明的96孔板或384孔板，相邻孔之间会产生相互干扰。
3. 使用说明中提供了检测ATP标准品的方法，实际检测细胞活力时通常并不需要检测ATP标准品。

本试剂盒可测动物全血、红细胞中G-6-PD的活力。葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶测定是研究葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶缺乏症的主要方法，当其测定结果低于正常时，常作为数葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶缺乏症的研究依据。通过葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶的测定，对于研究药物试验引起的溶血性贫血具有极高的科研价值。
正常血红蛋白是亚铁血红蛋白，可被氧化成为高铁血红蛋白，当红细胞内G-6-PD含量正常时，通过戊糖代谢旁路形成的NADPH可作为血液中高铁血红 蛋白还原酶的辅酶，并在递氢体的参与下，高铁血红蛋白还原为亚铁血红蛋白。当红细胞内缺少G-6-PD时，高铁血红蛋白不能被还原，通过测定高铁血红蛋白 的吸光度，可算出G-6-PD的活力高低。
