本试剂盒可测各动物样本中的血清（浆）、组织等样本中的蛋白含量。蛋白质含量测定法,是生物化学研究中常用、最基本的分析方法之一。蛋白质分子具有-NH3+基团，当棕红色的考马斯亮兰显色剂加入蛋白标准液或样品中时，考马斯亮兰染料上的阴离子与蛋白-NH3+结合，使溶液变为蓝色，通过测定吸光度可计算出蛋白含量。
产品优点如下：
1、灵敏度高：测定范围为0.2-1.3mg/ml比Lowry法约高四倍。这是因为蛋白质与染料结合后产生得到颜色变化很大，蛋白质-染料复合物有更高的消光系数，因而光吸收值随蛋白质浓度得到变化比Lowry法要大的多
2、操作简便：单试剂操作，20分钟可以完成50例以上样本的测定。
3、由于染料与蛋白质结合过程，大约只要2分钟即可完成，其颜色可以在1小时内保持稳定，因而完全不用像 Lowry法那样费时和严格地控制时间。
4、稳定性好：试剂盒2～8℃存放6个月有效,呈色稳定好.
5、再现性好：批内CV=103%，批间CV=5.34%。
6、回收试验：X =101.8%。
7、受外界影响因素小：干扰物质少。如干扰Lowry法的K+、Na+、Mg+、Tris缓冲液、蔗糖、甘油、巯基乙醇、EDTA等均不干扰此测定方法。

注意事项：
1. 本试剂盒的检测试剂中含有萤光素酶，反复冻融会导致其逐渐失活。尽管经测试本试剂反复冻融5次对于其检测效果无显著影响，为取得良好的使用效果，*次解冻后可适当分装保存。反复冻融过程中，可能会导致检测试剂中出现少量沉淀，此时宜平衡至室温，并尽量溶解。如仍有残留的不溶物，可以离心去除后使用，经测试不会影响后续的检测效果。
2. 检测时需使用白色或黑色的96孔板或384孔板。如果使用普通透明的96孔板或384孔板，相邻孔之间会产生相互干扰。
3. 使用说明中提供了检测ATP标准品的方法，实际检测细胞活力时通常并不需要检测ATP标准品。

本试剂盒可测各动物样本中的血清（浆）、组织等样本中的蛋白含量。蛋白质含量测定法,是生物化学研究中常用、最基本的分析方法之一。蛋白质分子具有-NH3+基团，当棕红色的考马斯亮兰显色剂加入蛋白标准液或样品中时，考马斯亮兰染料上的阴离子与蛋白-NH3+结合，使溶液变为蓝色，通过测定吸光度可计算出蛋白含量。
产品优点如下：
1、灵敏度高：测定范围为0.2-1.3mg/ml比Lowry法约高四倍。这是因为蛋白质与染料结合后产生得到颜色变化很大，蛋白质-染料复合物有更高的消光系数，因而光吸收值随蛋白质浓度得到变化比Lowry法要大的多
2、操作简便：单试剂操作，20分钟可以完成50例以上样本的测定。
3、由于染料与蛋白质结合过程，大约只要2分钟即可完成，其颜色可以在1小时内保持稳定，因而完全不用像 Lowry法那样费时和严格地控制时间。
4、稳定性好：试剂盒2～8℃存放6个月有效,呈色稳定好.
5、再现性好：批内CV=103%，批间CV=5.34%。
6、回收试验：X =101.8%。
7、受外界影响因素小：干扰物质少。如干扰Lowry法的K+、Na+、Mg+、Tris缓冲液、蔗糖、甘油、巯基乙醇、EDTA等均不干扰此测定方法。

2. 检测时需使用白色或黑色的96孔板或384孔板。如果使用普通透明的96孔板或384孔板，相邻孔之间会产生相互干扰。
