脂蛋白脂酶(LPL)和肝脂酶(HL)可分解甘油三酯(TG)并水解为甘油及游离脂肪酸(FFA)，用铜试剂测定生成的游离脂肪酸(FFA)的量即可分别计算脂蛋白脂酶(LPL)和肝脂酶(HL)的活性。
肝脂酶为糖蛋白，其活性不需要载脂蛋白(apolipoprotin)CⅡ激活及一些离子的激活，不受高浓度盐及鱼精蛋白的抑制，利用此特点即可分别计算脂蛋白脂酶(LPL)和肝脂酶(HL)的活性。
脂蛋白脂酶(Lipoprotein Lipase LPL)存在肝外组织毛细血管内皮细胞表面，它主要催化血浆中乳糜微粒（CM）和极低密度脂蛋白（VLDL）中的甘油三酯（TG）水解，在乳糜微粒（CM）及极低密度脂蛋白（VLDL）的降解中发挥重要作用。
肝脂酶（Hepatic Lipase HL）则仅存在肝内皮细胞表面，它主要在中密度脂蛋白（LDL）和高密度脂蛋白（HDL）代谢中起重要作用。

注意事项：
1. 本试剂盒的检测试剂中含有萤光素酶，反复冻融会导致其逐渐失活。尽管经测试本试剂反复冻融5次对于其检测效果无显著影响，为取得良好的使用效果，*次解冻后可适当分装保存。反复冻融过程中，可能会导致检测试剂中出现少量沉淀，此时宜平衡至室温，并尽量溶解。如仍有残留的不溶物，可以离心去除后使用，经测试不会影响后续的检测效果。
2. 检测时需使用白色或黑色的96孔板或384孔板。如果使用普通透明的96孔板或384孔板，相邻孔之间会产生相互干扰。
3. 使用说明中提供了检测ATP标准品的方法，实际检测细胞活力时通常并不需要检测ATP标准品。

脂蛋白脂酶(LPL)和肝脂酶(HL)可分解甘油三酯(TG)并水解为甘油及游离脂肪酸(FFA)，用铜试剂测定生成的游离脂肪酸(FFA)的量即可分别计算脂蛋白脂酶(LPL)和肝脂酶(HL)的活性。
肝脂酶为糖蛋白，其活性不需要载脂蛋白(apolipoprotin)CⅡ激活及一些离子的激活，不受高浓度盐及鱼精蛋白的抑制，利用此特点即可分别计算脂蛋白脂酶(LPL)和肝脂酶(HL)的活性。
脂蛋白脂酶(Lipoprotein Lipase LPL)存在肝外组织毛细血管内皮细胞表面，它主要催化血浆中乳糜微粒（CM）和极低密度脂蛋白（VLDL）中的甘油三酯（TG）水解，在乳糜微粒（CM）及极低密度脂蛋白（VLDL）的降解中发挥重要作用。
肝脂酶（Hepatic Lipase HL）则仅存在肝内皮细胞表面，它主要在中密度脂蛋白（LDL）和高密度脂蛋白（HDL）代谢中起重要作用。

肝脂酶（hepaticlipase或hepatiltriglyceridase或hepaticendothelaillipase，HL或HTGL）属于与血液循环中内源性TG代谢有关的酶之一，与LPL在功能上有相似之处，然而却是两种不同性质的酶。其特点是：①HL活性不需要ApoCⅡ作为激活剂；②SDS可抑制HL活性，而不受高盐浓度及鱼精蛋白的抑制；③主要作用于小颗粒脂蛋白，如VLDL、残粒残余CM及HDL，同时又调节胆固醇从周围组织转运到肝，使肝内的VLDL转化为LDL
