试剂盒天然样本检测量:Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (1 x 10E6 cells/mL) were cultured in RPMI supplemented with 10% fetal calf serum, 50 μM β-mercaptoethanol, 2 mM L-glutamine, 100 U/mL penicillin, and 100 μg/mL streptomycin sulfate, stimulated with 10 μg/mL PHA for 5 days. Aliquots of the cell culture supernates were removed and assayed for levels of natural IL17A, and measured 22.86 pg/mL.
试剂盒特异性:This assay recognizes both recombinant and natural Human IL17A. The factors listed below were prepared at 50 ng/mL in dilution buffer and assayed for cross-reactivity. No cross-reactivity was observed.Cross-reactivity was observed to be 2.3% with 50 ng/mL of recombinant Rat IL17F.
