产品活性：Eriocitrin 是一种从柠檬中分离出来的黄酮类化合物，它是一种强效的抗氧化剂。Eriocitrin 通过上调 p53，cyclin A，cyclin D3 和 CDK6 使 S 期细胞周期停滞，从而抑制肝癌细胞的增殖。Eriocitrin 通过激活线粒体涉及的内在信号传导途径来触发细胞凋亡。

In Vitro: Eriocitrin (25-75 μM; 24 h) arrests the cell cycle in the S phase, (5-10 μM; 24 h) and inhibits proliferation and focus formation of liver cancer cell lines HepG2 and Huh7.
Eriocitrin (25-75 μM; 12 h) upregulates p53, cyclin A, cyclin D3, and CDK6 levels in HepG2 cells.
Eriocitrin (25-75 μM; 48 h) triggers apoptosis by activating mitochondria-related intrinsic signaling pathways.
In Vivo: Eriocitrin (10-60 mg/kg; ip; once daily, from the day of modeling until the end of the experiment) attenuates acute kidney injury (AKI) induced by ischemia reperfusion (IR) in rats, and reduces renal tissue cell apoptosis, turns its kidney inflammatory response and oxidative stress.
