组织来源：正常SD大鼠胎鼠。
大鼠皮层小胶质细胞取自大鼠胎鼠新鲜的皮层组织。细胞纯度95%以上。无支原体、真菌及细菌污染。
推荐培养液成分
DMEM；10% 马血清；2 mM L-Glutamine；青霉素/链霉素双抗溶液。
使用方法
收到细胞后，请按照以下步骤在超净台内无菌操作：
1．拆下培养瓶封口膜，75%酒精消毒瓶盖口周围，旋开瓶盖后将多余培养液吸出，留存4 ml培养液即可。将细胞培养瓶放入37℃，7.5% CO2细胞培养箱中静置6-8小时或者过夜，以稳定细胞状态。
2．待细胞状态稳定后即可进行后续实验。
