NK细胞（natural killer cells）

自然杀伤细胞的简称。它不同于T细胞，也不同于K细胞，对靶细胞杀伤时既不需特异性抗体参加，也不需抗原预先致敏。主要存在于外周血、脾脏和骨髓中，淋巴结中含量极少，胸腺中没有发现。现一般认为，NK细胞来源于骨髓。其免疫活性比K细胞、T细胞要小得多，但T细胞获得杀伤能力大约需10天左右的致敏时间，K细胞的杀伤作用又必须有IgG的特异性抗体的参与，而NK细胞却能立即发挥非特异性杀伤靶细胞的作用，尤其是对多种肿瘤细胞有迅速杀伤和溶解作用。因此，NK细胞对癌症的监视作用已越来越受到重视。
