leexuanhao 诸位好，小弟在做药物对癌细胞株的影响，病探讨机制，预实验结果显示，药物对细胞株的增殖是有抑制作用的，进一步探讨抑制机制，选取STAT3，应该ELISA法检测磷酸化水平，之前看过很多文献，知道STAT3是个癌基因，预期结果应该降低P-STAT3的水平，但是结果显示其水平增高，不知道如何解释啊。本人不是分子生物学专业的，平时只能是在临床工作中抽时间看看文献，但现在真是想不明白，请专业的大侠予以指点！万谢！ 亦可回复邮件！
