产品活性：Soyasapogenol B 是一种具有口服活性的大豆的一种成分。Soyasapogenol B 可促进细胞自噬 (autophagy) 和凋亡 (apoptosis)。Soyasapogenol B 有抗炎、抗氧化和 抗肿瘤活性。
In Vitro: Soyasapogenol B (5-20 μM, 48 h) can reduce tumor cell viability and promote apoptosis and autophagy of colorectal cancer cells through endoplasmic reticulum stress.
Sovasapogenol B (1-10 μM, 48 h) shows anti-growth and anti-metastasis activity in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC).
In Vivo: Soyasapogenol B (25 or 50 mg/kg/day, intraperitoneal injection) can inhibit tumor growth, and promote apoptosis and autophagy in a mouse tumor model of colorectal cancer.
Soyasapogenol B (10 mg/kg, oral) alleviates memory impairment induced by lipopolysaccharide (HY-D1056) in mice by regulating the expression of BDNF mediated by NF-κB.
