产品活性：Vicenin 2 是一种类黄酮，是一种具有口服活性的血管紧张素转换酶 (ACE) 抑制剂 (IC50 为 43.83 μM)。Vicenin 2 具有辐射防护、抗伤害作用、抗糖化抗炎、抗氧化、抗癌、抗血管生成特性。

In Vitro: Vicenin 2 (10-100 µM; 24 hours) shows cytotoxic effect in a dose-dependent manner in NCI‑H23 cells. Vicenin 2 increases caspase-3 activity, increases DNA fragmentation, increasesd the levels of Rad50 and lowers levels of MMP-2 and p21 proteins while being non-toxic and radioprotective to the fibroblast cells.
In Vivo: Vicenin 2 (50 mg/kg; orally administration; for 7 days) effectively reduces the MPO activity, attenuates the expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines and key inflammatory markers, in DSS-induced colitis mice.
