In Vitro: Mogroside V (20 μM, 40 h) reducs the ROS levels in in vitro maturation (IVM) oocytes.
Mogroside V (20 μM, 40 h) can enhance mitochondrial function in oocytes.
Mogroside V (1-250 μM, 24 h) promots apoptosis and cell cycle arrest of pancreatic cancer cells (PANC-1 cells) and may be mediated through regulating the STAT3 signaling pathway.

In Vivo: Mogroside V (100 mg/kg for Oral administration) transforms to 26 metabolites by the process of dehydrogenation, deoxidation, oxidation and isomerization in type 2 diabetes (T2D) model rats.
