pET-11d Description
pET-11a-d vector has N terminal T7 tags and BamH I polyclonal clones. These vectors are the precursors of many pET family vectors. The pET-21a-d carriers correspond to the pET-11a-d carriers respectively, but contain several additional feature sequences. Unique restriction sites were identified in the vector map. It should be noted that these vector sequences are numbered according to the direction of the vector pBR322, so the T7 tag expression region is reversed in the vector map.
