    pCDEF-HA-Ub-K63R Description

    1, pCDEF-HA-Ub -K63R  is the expression plasmid of mammalian cells, and the prokaryotic resistance is Amp (ampicillin). It is mainly used to express Ub gene in mammalian cells and its related research.

    2. The product contains plasmid protectant developed by our company, which is very beneficial to long-term preservation, but it can not be used directly for enzyme digestion.

    pCDEF-HA-Ub-K63R 

    1, there are 7 lysine in the Ub gene, which are sixth, 11, 27, 29, 33, 48, 63. The pCDEF-HA-Ub-K63R plasmids only turn sixty-third lysine into arginine and retain the remaining six lysine, which can be used to study which site of the Ub chain.

    2. The pCDEF vector is constructed from pCDNA1 and pEF-BOS, and the CMV promoter is replaced by EF1 alpha promoter.
