Application CIC ELISA KIT|Human is for detecting the concentration of Human CIC in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids.

Principle of CIC ELISA KIT|Human
The microtiter plate provided in CIC ELISA KIT|Human has been pre-coated with an Human CIC antibody specific to Human CIC. Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with a biotin-conjugated Human CICantibody preparation specific for Human CIC then avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. Then a TMB substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human CIC, biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of a sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm . The concentration of Human CICin the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.

文献和实验缓冲液（加等量0.01mol/LpH7.4PBS）1.6ml溶解并稀释成120、60、30、15、7.5ug/ml，与待测血清同法操作，制成工作标准曲线；（5）结果判断：从待测血清吸光度值查标准曲线，即可换算成相当于热聚合人IgG的CIC含量（ug/ml）。以高于正常对照X+2S，即大于28.4ug/ml为阳性。3、注意事项（1）热聚合人IgC应分装贮存于-20℃，不宜反复冻融，否则易解聚；（2）PEG的浓度影响CIC沉淀量，须严格配制。
