Packing:96T
Catalog No.:Human TMEM95 ELISA KIT
Gene Name:TMEM95
Detect Range:0.312-20 ng/mL
Sensitivity:0.039ng/mL
Target Protein Name:Human TMEM95
Alternative Name:Human TMEM95
Sample type:serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids.
ELISA type:Sandwich ELISA Kit
Product Description:Human TMEM95 ELISA KIT allows for the in vitro quantitative determination of Human TMEM95 concentrations in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids.
ELISA Test Principle:
The microtiter plate provided in Human TMEM95 ELISA KIT has been pre-coated with an Human TMEM95 antibody specific to Human TMEM95 .Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody preparation specific for Human TMEM95 and then avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. Then a TMB substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human TMEM95, biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of a sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm.The concentration of Human TMEM95 in the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.
