Terminal Deoxynucleotidyl Transferase, Recombinant( 重组末端脱氧核苷脱酰转移酶) 以DNA 为起始物,可将单核苷酸重复添加到DNA 的3`-OH,同时释放无机磷酸。单链DNA 作起始物更好,聚合反应不依赖模板。向反应缓冲液中加入1mM Co2+ (CoCl2) 将使其以不同的效率添加3` 尾巴。
