MIF（巨噬细胞迁移抑制因子）是一种促炎细胞因子，在微生物感

病和癌症期间释放。它通过 CXCR4、CXCR7 或 CD74-CD44 复合物
发挥作用。MIF 对细胞生长和存活具有强大的旁分泌和自分泌刺激作用，
并增强炎性细胞因子的产生。它还影响免疫抑制性糖皮质激素发挥作用。
