白细胞介素 24（IL-24），又名黑色素瘤分化相关抗原 7（MDA-7），
是 1995 年 Jiang 等人利用减数杂交技术从β-干扰素和蛋白激酶激活剂
MEZ 诱导分化的人恶性黑色素瘤细胞 HO-1 中克隆的新基因。IL-24 是
一种分子量为 35~40kD 磷酸化的糖蛋白，是单拷贝基因，其基因位于人
染色体 1q32-1q41，由 7 个外显子和 6 个内含子组成,cDNA 长 1718bp，
编码一个由 206 个氨基酸组成的多肽，分子量 为 23.8kD。在黑色素瘤
细胞中,IL-24 可下调诱生型一氧化*合酶（NOS）表达，通过 p38 MAPK
途径介导 GADD 家族基因表达，引起细胞质细胞色素 C 水平明显提高，
并且能够抑制血管形成等途径；IL-24 还能够结合 IL-22R1/IL-20R2 或
IL-20R1/IL-20R2，活化 Stat3 信号转导途径，进而促进肿瘤细胞凋亡。
