一般描述
ProClin™防腐剂是一种的水溶性杀菌制剂,通常用于延长试剂的保质期。ProClin™ 300由3%的5-氯-2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮(CMIT) 和2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮(MIT)组成,溶于含有烷基羧酸盐的无盐专有乙二醇稳定剂中。推荐工作pH范围为2.5 - 8.5。
应用
ProClin™ 300适用于制备不同的缓冲液,如ELISA缓冲液、样品和底物稀释缓冲液,用于单分子阵列(Simoa 分析)和免疫酶分析。此外,ProClin™可用于制备储存缓冲液,以储存与冠状病毒核衣壳蛋白偶联的珠子,并用于血清学多重检测。
仅限生物诊断检测和体外诊断检测使用
ProClin™ biocides preservatives are immediately microstatic upon contact with microbial organisms as a result of their ability to quickly penetrate cell membranes and inhibit specific enzymes crucial to cellular respiration. Multiple specific sites of ProClin™ toxicity prevent microorganisms from developing high levels of resistance, making ProClin™ highly efficient even over extended storage periods of your IVD components.
