产品描述
链霉亲和素是一种来源于阿维丁链霉菌（streptomyces avidinii）的生物素结合蛋白，其非特异性结合远比亲和素低，且与蛋清亲和素在中性pH值具有净正电荷和包含大约7%的碳水化合物相比，链霉亲和素蛋白具有在中性pH值几乎没有净电荷，不含有碳水化合物等更有利的化学性质，所以它被广泛用来作为抗生物素蛋白的替代品。
本品是Alexa Fluor 594标记的链霉亲和素，其激发波长和发射波长分别是591 nm和614 nm，建议工作液浓度：0.25-1 µg/mL for most applications。
