In Vitro: Luteolin 7-O-glucuronide (0-50 μM, 2 h) inhibits NO production and mRNA expression of inflammatory mediators (COX-2, IL-6, IL-1β, and TNF-α) in LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 macrophages.
Luteolin 7-O-glucuronide (0-50 μM, 2 h) inhibits NF-κB, p38, and JNK activation in LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 macrophages.
In Vivo: Luteolin 7-O-glucuronide (0.3-3 mg/kg, p.o., once daily for 5 days) improves depression-like and stress coping behaviors in the tail suspension test and forced swimming test in a mouse sleep deprivation model.
