产品活性：SZL P1-41 是一种特异的 Skp2 抑制剂，结合在 Skp2 的 F-box 域以防止与 Skp1 关联和 Skp2 SCF 复合物形成。与 Skp2 缺乏一样，SZL P1-41 增加 p27 介导的凋亡/衰老，同时损害 Akt 驱动的糖酵解。具有抗肿瘤活性。

In Vitro: SZL P1-41 (5-20μM; 24 hours) induces endogenous p27 protein expression in PC3 cells and also induced expression of p21, another Skp2 substrate.
In Vivo: SZL P1-41 (40-80 mg/kg; i.p.) displays a potent effect on inhibiting prostate and lung tumor growth in Nude mice bearing A549 and PC3 tumor xenografts.
