能够水解ATP,并利用ATP水解释放出的能量驱动物质跨膜运输的运输蛋白称为运输ATPase, 由于它们能够进行逆浓度梯度运输, 所以有称为泵。共有四种类型的运输ATPase: ① P型离子泵(P-type ion pump),或称P型ATPase 。此类运输泵运输时需要磷酸化(P是phosphorylation的缩写),包括Na -K 泵、Ca2 离子泵。 ② V型泵(V-type pump),或称V型ATPase,主要位于小泡的膜上( V代表
