    人血管生成素-1（Angiopoietin-1，ANG-1）是一种分泌型糖蛋白，
    它是生长因子家族的成员，在人类中还包括 Ang-2 和 Ang-4。人和小鼠
    ANG-1 的同源性约为 97％。ANG-1 和 Ang-2 表现出约 60％的序列同一
    性，并且两者共享受体酪氨酸激酶 Tie-2。整合素也可介导 ANG-1 和
    Ang-2 活性。存在至少三种可变剪接的 ANG-1 变体，其中两种不能激活
    Tie-2 并且可以作为 ANG-1 活性的内源性抑制剂。ANG-1 在小鼠胚胎和
    成人组织中广泛表达，主要包括内皮支持细胞、巨核细胞和血小板。
    ANG-1 被认为是一种同源三聚体或多聚体，也可形成异聚体复合物。
    ANG-1 是血管发育、重塑和成熟的正调节剂。它是内皮细胞（ECs）的
    存活因子，并支持 EC 和内皮细胞支持细胞的募集。ANG-1/Tie-2 介导
    的细胞存活可能需要 PI3K/AKT 信号传导的活性，而迁移可能涉及几种
    激酶，包括 PI3K，FAK 和 PAK。
