    顶体蛋白 SP-10，也称为顶体囊泡蛋白 1 和 ACRV1，是睾丸特异性
    的分化抗原，其在精子发生过程中出现在顶体囊泡内，与成熟精子的顶
    体膜和基质相关。 对细胞类型特异性基因转录的调节是细胞分化和发
    育的核心。在精子发生过程中，许多睾丸特异性基因以精确的时空顺序
    表达。 ACRV1 / SP-10 的最长转录本含量最丰富，占总顶体囊泡蛋白 1
    含量的 53-72％，第二占 15-32％，第三和第四分别占 3.4-8.3％和
    8.7-12.5％;，其余的转录物复合物含量占总顶体囊泡蛋白 1 小于 1％。
    ACRV1 / SP-10 是一种睾丸特异性顶体蛋白，已在包括人类在内的多个
    物种中检测到。 它可能参与精子-透明带结合或穿透，是一种潜在的人
    类避孕疫苗免疫原。
