概述:
我公司提供大量的用于标记 SNAP-、CLIP-、ACP- 和 MCP- t ag 融合蛋白的荧光底物供研究者选择。SNAP-tag 底物是由染料及通过苄基键耦联到染料上的鸟嘌呤或氯嘧啶构成；CLIP-tag 底物是由染料及通过苄基耦联至染料上的胞嘧啶构成。这些底物无需酶促反应，即可自我标记相应的tag 标签。细胞通透性底物（SNAP- 和 CLIP-Cell）不仅能标记细胞内部也能标记细胞表面，而细胞非通透性底物（SNAP- 和 CLIP-Surface）仅能特异性的标记在细胞表面表达的融合蛋白。
ACP/MCP tag 的标记基团与辅酶 A（CoA）的磷酸泛酰巯基乙胺耦联，在 ACP 或 SFP 合成酶作用下，完成标记反应。标记反应仅特异地发生在细胞表面表达的融合蛋白上。虽然 ACP- 和 MCP-tag 使用底物相同，但反应特异性却不同，区别在于需要用不同的合成酶进行标记反应
