需自备的仪器和用品:
可见分光光度计/酶标仪、微量玻璃比色皿/96孔板(非聚苯乙烯材质)、研钵、30-50目筛、天平、恒温培养箱/水浴锅、低温离心机、冰、蒸馏水、乙酸乙酯(不允许快递)。
操作步骤:具体操作步骤详见“产品资料”附件
注意事项:
- 试剂三易挥发,有毒,为了您的健康,请穿实验服,戴口罩,戴乳胶手套操作。
- 如果测定出来的吸光值较大,减少样本用量再进行测定;若吸光值过小则延长培养时间。注意同步修改计算公式。
- 如果离心后待测的上清依然浑浊,可尝试加大离心转速或延长时间,例如15000rpm,4℃,离心20min。
